Your opportunity as a Chamber member to help the Chamber make a difference in our community.  Contact Brad Barnett at Brad@KerrvilleChamber.biz or 830-896-1155 for more information.  Some committees have limited membership.

Chamber Ambassadors

The mission of the Ambassador Program is to significantly improve the membership long-term retention rate by building relationships with Chamber members by improving involvement and support of all Chamber events and activities. The time and energy that is devoted by Ambassadors to responsibilities naturally affect the degree and quality of the members and the Chamber’s Program of Work.

Membership Engagement Committee

Be part of the team that works on assisting the Chamber with communicating our message to our members.  This group works to increase the engagement with members and look at possible new benefits.

Governmental Affairs Committee

Watchful eyes and minds in tune with issues relevant to Kerrville and Kerr County businesses is the aim of this proactive committee. Volunteers work on numerous ways to expand and retain local jobs. They also pay attention to current issues that affect businesses and inform members about local, state, and national legislative issues that affect or involve both businesses and our local community.

Leadership Kerr County Steering Committee

The Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Kerr County program is the area’s premier leadership program. The nine-month course is made up of approximately 25 local business leaders who meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Course curriculum includes travel and tourism, economic development, education, healthcare, environment issues, non-profit services, and a legislative day with travel to Austin.

Education Committee
